How much does a bail bond cost in Laramie County?
You pay a one-time premium of 10%–20% of the full bond amount set by the court. The rate depends on the bond amount, the charges, and the cosigner's qualifications; approved collateral can bring it down significantly. The premium is Bail City's fee and is not refunded. In exchange, we guarantee the entire bond to Laramie County Circuit Court or 1st Judicial District Court, and you do not have to come up with the full amount.

Payment plans
Payment plans start as low as 1% down. The down payment gets the bond posted and the balance is paid over time by card, online, or by phone. Tell us what you can do today and we will build the plan around it.
Collateral
Most bonds in Laramie County are written on a qualified cosigner's signature alone, so collateral is not required in most cases. When you can pledge approved collateral such as a vehicle title or real estate, major discounts can be applied to your rate. Collateral is returned when the case ends and the bond is released.
Other costs to expect
- Court fines and fees are separate from the bond and are paid to the court.
- Cash-only bonds must be paid in full to the jail or court; a bail agent cannot post them.
- Bond conditions such as alcohol monitoring or GPS are billed by the provider, not by Bail City.
